Nikki Hochstein
A Santa Monica resident for over 20 years, Nikki Hochstein's real-estate expertise in the Santa Monica and Westside areas including Malibu is unparalleled. She has been a Real Estate agent for 15 years specializing in the sale of Westside properties from condos to luxury estates. During that time, Nikki has established herself as one of the top agents in this coveted market consistently winning awards and recognitions, and has been honored as one of the top 2% in the nation. She has a substantial referral and repeats business based on her solid negotiation skills, timely communication, outstanding customer service, and her in-depth knowledge of the marketplace.
Nikki holds a California Real Estate license and is a member of the Beverly Hills Board of Real Estate. She received her bachelor's degree in business from the University of Washington where she focused on marketing and international business. After several years of working in marketing for large corporations (CBS, Homeshopping Network, and Cinesite), Nikki decided to apply those strategies to her own business. Residential real estate was a natural fit as she is a second-generation real estate entrepreneur.
Her unflagging enthusiasm, knowledge, integrity, and sincere commitment to serving her client’s needs have enabled Nikki to stand out as the “go-to” person for the Westside market for both Buyers and Sellers. On the Listing side, she tailors a specific and unique marketing program to best distinguish the property in the marketplace while bringing top dollar. While Nikki’s core business is concentrated on the Westside, many of her clients buy and sell all over the City and she has further helped several expand their investment portfolios with income properties.
Outside of work, Nikki is an active participant in the community and involved in various civic organizations. She has won “Woman of the Year” by the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society for her fund-raising efforts. When she is not working, you will most often find her running/hiking in the Santa Monica mountains with her family or on a yoga mat!
